It's all about Kale

Whilst we have been doing interview with both producers and shoppers the most outstanding purchase at any given market is Kale. 

That funny curly thing that is deemed a "superfood" and as such we thought why not pay hommage to Kale with some of YOUR fave recipes or photos!
